The Capalaba P&C are hosting a dance party for the students on Friday the 10th of June between 5:00 -8:30pm. Theme is Super Hero (or Villian) and we need help with volunteers on the night. Can you help?
1pm-4:30pm 15 people to setup the disco
4:30-5:30pm 22 people on various stations (including entry line, canteen, food stalls, information desk, cashiers, hall supervision and general clean up)
5:30-6:30pm 22 people on various stations
6:30-7:30pm 22 people on various stations
7:30-8:30pm 22 people on various stations
8:30-9:30pm 15 people to help pack down (tasks including taking down decorations, putting away tables and chairs, cleaning/rubbish collection)
Specialty Roles Urgently Required:
Canteen Convenor – someone to operate the deep fryers
BBQ Chefs – at least two people to keep the sausages turning
